A True Story; God, Jesus and Me (9 Jan 2018)
Sally jumped up as soon as she saw the Surgeon come out of the operating room. She said: "how is my little boy? Is he going to be okay? When can I see him? The Surgeon said, "I'm sorry, we did all we could. Sally said, "Why do little children get cancer? Doesn't God care anymore? God, where were you when my son needed yo? The Surgeon said, "One of the nurses will be out in a few minutes to let you spend some time with your son's remains before it's transported to the university." Sally asked the nurse that the nurse stay with her while she said good-bye to her son.
Sally ran her fingers through his thick red curly hair. The nurse said, "Would you like a lock of his hair?" Sally nodded yes. The nurse cut a lock of hair place it in a bag and gave it to Sally. Sally said. it was Jimmy's idea to give his body to the university for study. He said it might help somebody else, " and that is what he wanted. I said no at first, but Jimmy said, "Mom I won't be using it after I die. Maybe it will help some other little boy to be able to spend one more day with his mother." Sally said, "My little Jimmy had a heart of gold, always thinking of someone else and always wanting to help others if he could.
Sally walked out of the children's hospital for the first time after spending most of the last six months there. She sat the bag with Jimmy's things in it beside her in the car as she drove home. She took the bag to Jimmy's room and started to place the model cars and things back in his room exactly where he always kept them. She laid down across the bed and cried herself to sleep holding his pillow.
She woke up about midnight, and laying beside her on the bed that had been under the pillow was a letter folded up. She open the letter and it said. Dear Mom; I know I am going to miss me, but don't think I will ever forget you or stop loving you because I'm not around to say I LOVE YOU. I'll think of you every day mom, an I'll love you even more every day. Some day we will see each other again.
If you want to adopt a little boy so you won't be lonely, he can have my room and my old stuff to play with. If you decide on a girl instead, she probably wouldn't like the same things as us boys do, so you will have to buy her dolls and stuff girls like.
Don't be sad when you think about me. This is really a great place. Grandma, Grandpa met me as soon as I go there and showed me around some, but it will take along time to see everything here. The angels are so friendly and I love to watch them fly.
Jesus don't look like any of the pictures I saw of Him, but I knew him as soon as I saw Him. He took me to see God! And guess what Mom? I got sit on God's knee and talk to Him like I was someone important. I told God that i wanted to write you a letter and tell you good-bye and everything, but I knew that wasn't allowed. God handed me some paper and His own personal pen to write you this letter with. I think Gabriel is the name of the angel that is going to drop this letter off to you. God said to tell you the answer to the questions you asked Him about--where was he when I needed Hm? The same place He was when Jesus was on the cross, He was right there, as He is with all His children."
Oh! by the way Mom, nobody else can see what is written on this paper, but you. To everyone else, it looks like a blank piece of paper. I have to give God back His pen. He has some more names to write in the Book of Life. And tonight i get to sit at the table with Jesus for supper. I'm sure the food will be great.
I almost forgot to let you know. I don't hurt anymore and the cancer is all gone. I'm glad because I could not stand the pain anymore. And God couldn't stand to see me suffer the pain either, so He send Th Angel of mercy to get me. The Angel said I was Special delivery!
Signed with love from: God, Jesus and me!
Bible Laws on Marriages 13 2018
" And the Lord God, said.It is not good that the MAN should live alone: I will make him an help meet (wife) for him...Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his WIFE: and they shall be ONE FLESH." Genesis 2: 18, 24
Laws for first marriages, Widows and Widowers. "And they TWAIN shall be one flesh; so that they are no more twain but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let no man put asunder." Mark 10:8, 9
"....Whoso shall put away his wife, and marry another committed adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband and be married to another, she committeth adultery." Mark 10:11-12.
"Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth, adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that put her away from her husband Committeth adultery." Luke 16:18
"For the woman which hath a husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth (Until death) but if husband is dead she is lossed from the law of her husband, so then if, while her husband liveth she is married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress; but if her husband be dead, she is free form the law; so she is no adultress, though she be married to another man." Romans 7:2, 3
The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to married who she will only in the Lord." I Cor 7:39.
And unto the married, I command, yet not I, but the Lord, let not the wife depart from her husband, but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband and let not the husband put away his wife (Divorce his wife) 1. Cor 7:10, 11)
Seventh Commandment' Thous halt not commit adultery" Romans 13:9
Tenth Commandment Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife... Exodus 20:17
But whoso committeth adultery witha woman lacketh understanding; he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.' Pro. 6:32
"Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body, but he that commiteth fornication sinneth against his own body.' 1 Cor 6:18
If any man defile (by sinning against his own body) the temple of God him shall God destroy for the temple of God is Holy, which temple ye are.. 1 Cor 3:17
Notice the class of people which God puts adultery and fornicators: Known ye know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Be not deceived. neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abuser of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, cor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners shall inherit the Kingdom of God". 1 Cor 6:9-10
Christ prophecied of a time that would be like the days of Noah. God's wrath destroyed the wicked generation with a flood, because of their adulterous, drunken, gluttonous state: and his wrath will destroy the wicked of our times. Read his prophecy in Matt 24:37-40
We minsters of the Gospel should cry out a loud and lift up our voice and make people know of their sins, especially the sins God said her hates, but if we hold our peace and let them go on in the ways of evil, God will destroy both of us with the sword of his mouth9His word will judge us and condemn us as transgressors.
Malachi said that God hates putting away (divorce of the wife of our youth) telling the people not to deal treacherously with the wife of their youth and covenant, God asking, did I not make one? said the Lord Almighty. Mal. 2:14-17. Notice Gods' wrath under the Moses; He commanded the adulterer and the adulteress to be put to death. (Lev. 20:10)
The Bible shows that the worst of sinners is bound by the Marriage Law till death. If it is the first marriage in life: Bible answer: "What? know ye not that he which is joined (in marriage) to an harlot is one body? for two saith he, shall be one flesh. (1Cor 6:16) (Sinners are subject to His Word)
What is the sin of an unfaithful wife or husband to the marriage covenant? Bible answer: "But as a wife that committeth adultery which taketh strangers instead of her husband!"( Ezekiel 16:32. Proverbs 6:29-32). They commit adultery if they divorce and marry another: so saith God's Word
A divorce persons marrying a single, Is that okay? No!The divorced person who married a single person commits adultery after divorcing the husband of her youth. Her first marriage was the first for both her and her first husband. This single person, though having the Bible right to marry, now finds by the Bible that he is in a sinful marriage, by having his neighbor's divorced wife.
What is his sin called? Bible answer:"Nevertheless to avoid Fornicator, let every man have his own wife (not the divorced wife of a neighbor0 and let every woman have hew own husband." 1 Cor 7:2 and the 11th verse advises wive to reconciled with their own husband.
Paul wrote to the Church at Corinth to put away the Fornicator, called him a wicked person, and not to keep company with a man that is called brother, but who is a Fornicator, but ti put him out of fellowship. Read ! Cor 5 for the story. This young man had his father's wife. No doubt his real mother had died and his father no doubt had married a younger woman. The son won her away for his father who was still living and the Bible called him a Fornicator.
You ask. What is a Fornicator ? One who has never had a wife of their own and marries one who already is married. They must divorce that marriage person and marriage one who has never been married. Matt.19:9
Famine (30 Dec 2017)
The word hangs like an awful omen in our heads. Mentally, we picture a brutal grotesque image. Cows hips are protrude, Babies eyes are hollow. Bloated stomach growl angrily. Skin stretches across the faces tight as an trampoline. The outline of the skull slowly emerges. Joints swell. Grim, despairing stares replace smiles. Hope is gone. Life is reduced to a harsh existence as famine takes its toll. Those who have seen it cannot forget it. Those who haven't cannot image it
We are told it is coming, It's only a matter of time, declares the expert. There was a time when such predictions appeared only in science fiction books and novels, but no longer. Prophets of doom are now economists, university professors and official spokesman for our government. not to mention those authors who interpret our time as threatening or terminal. Of greater concern is the enormous population explosion that grips our world.
For those who are so well fed, the idea of famine, is foreign-almost a fantasy, It's something that plagues, many countries, but never America. Our streets are lined, with Taco Bell, McDonald's Sonic. Subway, and son on. Shops bulging with food.
But there is another famine coming, worse than this world has ever know. God spoke it to Amos, and listen tot he words. " Behold, the days come saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of the hearing the words of the Lord. And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and and shall not find it.. In thirst day shall fair virgins and young men faint for thirst." (Amos 8:11-13)
We may find physical famine almost impossible to believe, but how about a spiritual famine? You don't have to wait until the year 2018 for that. Take a trip into your schools, your government or even some Church's or any country. Talk about famine! It's easy to misread the words of Amos. He didn't predict alack of churches, or chapels, or temples, or tabernacles or seminars, or sermons. He spoke of famine, of hearing the word of God. Remember, a famine does not mean an absence of something, but a shortage of it, a scarcity that creates a scene of starvation
In our enlightened, progressive, modern age, ancient, dusty prophecy is fulfilled. Hearing the unadulterated truth of God is rare experience. How easy it is to forget that! We have come upon hard times when those who declare and hear the word of God are a novelty.
How easy to be spoiled, presumptuous, sassy, ungrateful, when our spiritual stomachs are full! Funny thing those who are full usually want more. We belch out increased demands rather than humble gratitude to God for our horn o" plenty.
Tell me, when was the last time that you thanked God for the sheer privilege of hearing more of His Word than you can digest? And when did you last share just a crumble from the from your table? That is why there's a famine
