Our Theme for 2009-2010 is:
Leaving ninety nine for the one!

...........Not by power, now by might, but by my might saith The Lord of Hosts.

Zech. 4:6

Youth, as we approach the final days of the world as we know it, we must understand, just Jesus told and showed his disciples, that weapons made upon the intellect of earthly man, will not reveal God's purpose through us. It was and still is through the anonting  of the Holy Ghost that we must fight the good fight!, The Holy Ghost will lead, guide and counil us as what we should do or say. If we will let our Comforter, The Holy Ghost, help us, we cannot ever fail. WE WILL WIN SOULS FOR CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH. (Visit our Youth page)

Our General Overseer, Stephen Smith has declared 2010 to be "THE YEAR OF THE HOLY GHOST!
The Church of God is expecting great miracles, wrought by the Holy Ghost this year. Are you ready for an outpouring of the Holy Ghost as never before? I believe we can and will if we follow God in all Truth and righteousness. Current events around the world seem to point that God does not care! Oh! but he does!!! What we are seeing are things that Jesus pointed out to his Disciples in Matthew 24 and 25 and what John saw in Revelation. But all is not lost, when you read the accounts Christ gave in Matthew, he said these things must come before the end of the world. God is preparing the Church for it's inevitable rapture, just look around you, the Holy Ghost is giving us the signs, we must now ask the Holy Ghost to provide us with Power for Service......the world is dying as Satan as their master, but it need not be....Experience the Holy Ghost and fire, arm yourself for battle, and take back from Satan what he has taken from us. Whether it is your lost loved ones, your marriage, for a complete divine healing, finances, or whatever. the Holy Ghost is ready to give it to us, when we meet the conditions. Praise God! Jesus is coming soon! It is time for all of Gods people to come into the "Unity of the Faith" or Doctrine, we can no longer be divided by  the issues that are trivial, but we must fall on our knees and seek God for His way and will and come to His fold and join together in perfect unity.
Do you know Jesus?, does Jesus know you? Soon Jesus is going to return for His Bride. It is time for worldwide REVIVAL, unity and a time of finding the truth of the unadulterated Word of God....the 1611 KJV, nothing else will do.
LISTEN CLOSELY TO THE SONG AS IT PLAYS!
God bless you

2010. Wouldn't this be a great year to let Jesus into your heart, if you don't know him? Time is approaching the midnight hour and the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.....Will you be ready? 2009 brought a lot of trying times for people all around the world, with economic struggles for most every country. But one thing remained constant.....God's love for his people, for those who know him.
The Church of God is looking, and praying for people who are unafraid to stand in the face of religious adversity, to stand for complete Biblical truth, no matter what country or religious background you may have. Jesus reminds us in His Olivet discourse in Matthew 24 and 25 of the things to signify the coming of the end of the world. I encourage you to read that and see how close we have come. Realize also how also he focuses on Deception in the last days. Satan will try to deceive you.....stay in the Word of God (KJV) and know the signs of a deceiver. I will write more soon concerning this.
Have a blessed New Year.....And if you don't know Him....Let Jesus in, in 2010!

"Getting a new heart!"

Have you ever watched a TV news show or a medical show and heard this saying, "you're going to need a new heart"?

In the world today is a very serious heart disease. I am not talking about the kind that comes from poor eating habits, or from old age or even from arteries that are clogged with fatty materials called triglycerides or cholesterol.
I am talking about an even more serious heart disease, everyone needs to know about, before it is too late. What disease is that? you may ask. It is the disease of "hard-heartedness", a disease that if not treated properly is 100% fatal. But there is a cure, a very painful but effective cure for this disease.

All through the New Testament we can read where God accused (rightly so) His chosen earthly people of hard-heartedness. In the New Testament, even Jesus at times told the Pharisees, or Saducees (The Religious leaders) they were hard hearted. He even told his own disciples that sometimes they were hard hearted.

What is hard hearted as related to the Bible? Simply put it is being insensitive, stiff-necked, angry, and rebellious against God, Jesus, The Holy Ghost or to people looking for help.

Jesus spoke of a parable about a man who went out to plant seeds. As unlearned as I am about growing things, even I know it takes good fertile ground to plant the seeds, and it has to be watered properly, or the seeds will not produce. This "farmer", if you will was throwing his seed, and some was landing on rock hard soil. That seed was wasted, it would never grow. Jesus explained what he meant by this, by basically saying, "Some people hearts are rock hard, the seed, or the Word of God cannot penetrate the hard heart, because it is unresponsive and callous. The word just hits the heart and bounces off without any growth.

We could search the Bible over and look at hard hearted people, like Pharaoh when he would not let the children of Israel go, or Korah, who led a rebellion against Moses (Gods anointed). Both were dealt with by God. But the most hard hearted person, in my opinion was found at the day of Jesus' crucifixion. When Jesus was nailed to the cross and hung for all to see there were two others crucified there also. Thieves, one on the left of Jesus, the other on the right. One was repentant and asked for mercy, recognizing, even in is last hours he was a sinner, and that Jesus was his Saviour. Jesus told him "Today you will be with me in paradise".
Now, for the most hard-hearted man I think there was in the Bible.....the other thief. He was being punished for his life of crime and defiance of the earthly laws and he was just hours, maybe even minutes away from death. He was just a few feet from Jesus, who could change his hard heart and forgive him of his life of sin and forgive him as he had already done the other thief. But this thief was too busy hurling insults and abuse at Jesus...the only one who could soften the hard heart. This thief died and went to a hell meant for satan and his minions.
As you read this, there is still time for you. don't let your heart be so hard that Gods word just bounces off of it. Accept the Lord into your heart, and see the joy you will have in him, and a afterlife of eternal bliss in heaven.
